Kelly has worked in HR and Organisational Development (OD) for 16 years, starting her career as an NHS Wales Graduate Trainee. She has a track record of delivering HR/OD Projects that are focussed on enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture within diverse workplaces, helping organisations be the best they can be.

A qualified and CMC associate workplace mediator, Kelly also has an MA in Human Resource Management and is passionate about wanting to help employees and organisations to build positive working relationships through supporting meaningful, honest and often difficult conversations.

Kelly also works closely with Pete and Charlotte in delivering our leadership development programmes, where she helps leaders to have those conversations which are so often avoided but can nip issues in the bud before they become an issue.

Kelly is married with two young daughters who keep her busy with whatever activities they can rope her into, such as painting, making potions, jumping in puddles and generally anything that makes lots of mess!
