Jon is a qualified and CMC accredited workplace mediator. He has more than 30 years business and HR experience with a focus on resolving workplace conflict; enabling colleagues and organisations to be their best. This experience combined with an empathetic, calm and people centred approach allows him to facilitate sustainable solutions.

Jon has extensive national and international HR leadership experience. This has included working on individual issues at all levels, including board colleagues, and dealing with collective disputes. Employee Relations and working closely with Trade Unions have been key throughout Jon’s career.

Jon is passionate about making a difference and believes that improving workplaces changes the world. This includes embracing the different perspectives we all bring as a means of doing great things.

Outside work Jon is developing new interests across a range of activities to keep body and mind healthy; but his abiding interest in politics, history and sport are still prominent. Most of all he is working on being the best husband and father he can be to his wife Andrea and his two adult children.
